Senior Implementation & Support Engineer – PS

Qualification: Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science

Experience: 3 – 4 years relevant experience (preferably from E-payment domain)

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills on particular email writing and documentations.
• Must have deep understanding of IT Infrastructure and Information Security.
• Significant experience with payment domain like ATM and POS switch systems.
• Complete understanding about online payment transactions like ATM, VISA, MasterCard and settlement modules
• Experience mainly configuration, troubleshooting and system maintenance activities.
• Expertise in Linux and windows systems.
• High level of problem identification skills.
• Experience working with clients to identify and understand requirements driven by both technical and work flow constraints.
• Assist and provide support to clients remotely and onsite visits.
• Monitoring of system performance and recommending system tuning ideas such as upgrading OS, changing system parameters, and database health etc.

Other Requirements:

• Should have knowledge of C and C++, SQL, Oracle database, Shell Scripting, .Net and Programming.
• Perform complete level 2 investigation with the logs and suggest resolution.
• Implement the solutions and may deliver training for the implemented technology
