TPS is looking for an ambitious and energetic Manager Business Development – Software Solutions Selling expert to help us expand our clientele. He will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients especially in E-payment domain.
Qualification: MBA/MS/BBA/BSCS
Experience: Relevant experience of software solutions selling
Job Description:
· Develop an in-depth knowledge of TPS core products and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell TPS product solutions to potential and existing customers in assigned territory. · Identifying Professional Services / Business Solution opportunities related to TPS products across Banking, Telecom, Retail sector and financial institutions, creating strategic business plans and monitoring its execution and implementation. · Responsible to generate business and make clients in Payment Systems, CRM, ATM Controller, Financial Middleware, ADC – Alternate Delivery Channels, Mobile and Online banking. · Continuous and close collaboration with inter-department teams and leads for seamless execution and deployment of projects · Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales target and supports Company revenue and growth. · Maintaining and on-boarding new corporate accounts, business development and sales of e-banking transactions and payment solution. · Developing effective customer/partner oriented strategies to help drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. · Innovative and strategic solution designing through detailed market analysis and research to fulfill customers basic requirement by providing with state-of-the-art and futuristic product. · Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. · Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople and lead team toward company success growth. · Approach new clients to develop new Business leads and associations. · Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. · Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. · Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. · Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs. · Build strong & long term Relationship with new and existing customers & provide software solutions to fulfill their corporate requirements. Skills Required: ·Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and lead team to achieve company goal ·Multidimensional Pre-Sales & Sales Expert ·Solution designing and Project management ·Must have creative approach, market research and analysis ·Expertise in detailed working of ROI calculations ·Ability to view the business holistically, across functional, unit, and regional boundaries ·Process orientation and comfort with organizational design ·Implement robust governance structures to manage a portfolio of projects ·Translate business ideas and initiative into actionable solution road maps ·Proficient in documentation and presentation |
