Project Management Institute’s Karachi Pakistan Chapter (PMI-KPC) held its 137th monthly seminar on February 07, 2017 at Marriott Hotel Karachi. The CEO of TPS, Shahzad Shahid, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
Shahzad Shahid shared his views on project management and enlightened the audience on how effective project management practices lead to business success. He said, “A Project manager is like a mini CEO of a project as he helps dictate a project’s strategy and ensure that it’s fit for a company’s users. Successful project managers possess some key personality traits. They are adaptable and flexible, and at the same time, firm, disciplined and well organized.”
The seminar was attended by the industry project managers and leaders who have delivered various mission critical projects in the recent years to talk about how better business results can be achieved through improved project outcomes.
