TPS extended support to Google Developers Group (GDG) to host the extended version of Google I/O on July 28 & 29, 2018 at National Incubation Centre, Karachi. The event brought together experienced developers for talks, hands-on learning with industry experts, and a first look at Google’s latest developer products.
Developers, designers and entrepreneurs got a chance to showcase their innovation and development skills as a hackathon was also organized. Participants were provided multiple themes to help them come up with ideas to create and showcase solutions using Google technologies. Industry’s topnotch professionals and experts were available in-person to help teams understand the themes so they could focus on being creative and come up with the next big idea. Winning team received Rs. 100,000/- while Runners Up bagged Rs. 50,000/-.
At one of the largest and most anticipated tech events of the year, Asadullah Bin Yousuf, Product Development Manager – Mobility Services at TPS, discussed how Flutter can help developers and designers build modern mobile apps for both iOS and Android without writing the code twice.
